is it possible to customize when cargo drone being launch?

something like to enable it to clipped through any object , or just spew the drone out instantly at a specific distance from the carrier?

Cargo drone on carrier? huh?
For ware transfer you need a working temporary mass traffic network which is generated when 2 trade ports are aligned with each other and they basically already clip through both of the trade partners. It may be possible to launch single cargo drones from the drone bay, similar to combat drones but not sure how to use the from then on - it's probably more complicated than just using the default way and even less reliable.

my purpose is just to fix the cargo drone keep getting stuck in carrier when being launched for cargo collect mode
most time they can unstuck, take some time.
sometime, they can't make it.

Ah, that case... I think they act as independent ships there already, but I didn't look into this topic in detail yet
