NVIDIA Geforce Experience wont find X rebirth v3.53

I got win10 preview now, but I had this same issue with win7.
GE searches from the right place, but do not seem to find required thing.

Can you please explain the problem somewhat more. We are not all Nvidia users. I might then merge this with your other Tech Sp thread which will have your full DxDiag.

Check in your Steam library if X Rebirth is listed as "Rebirth [public_beta]". If that is the case, opt out of the beta and refresh Nvidia to look for games. Rebirth should be added to the list, afterwards in my case I could still go into the beta again, but after some time and an a update (I presume), Rebirth disappeared again.

Geforce Experience is an additional tool for Nvidia graphics cards to find and update drivers, optimize game settings and capture video streams.

Their FAQ and Troubleshoot Guide offer some hints as to what you can look for with regards to compatibility and finding games.

One thing I would consider is that according to their system requirements neither Geforce Experience nor X Rebirth support Windows 10 at the moment. Also Windows 10 hasn't been officially released yet. So it's not that far fetched to assume that there could be a problem with regards to the OS.

My Geforce Experience have win10 preview update installed. (version 352.84)

My game was not listed as beta. When I listed my game into legacy beta, in steam, my gforce experience found it. When I opted out xrebirth away from legacy beta, gforce experience removed it from the list.

I also tried to rename xRebirth into X Rebirth, X Rebirth.exe and XRebirth.exe without any success.

The "legacy beta" is the 32-bit version, which is no longer supported, so it sounds like your NVidia application is not finding 64-bit games. Is there a 64-bit version of the NVidia application?

Verified the issue on my machine under windows 7 and "X Rebirth" didn't appear in the games-list either.

My GeForce-experience contact person is out-of-office this week, but I assume that once he gets back it should be sorted out quickly.

As i used the Geforce Experience software i never scanned for installed games. (It wasn't properly doumented what exactly the config optimations does)
I just configured the recording settings, starting Rebirth et voila it works.
But i can told you this only from a win 7 64 machine.

Update: Had contact with NVidia, they confirmed it was an issue and it was forwarded to the correct department.
