CV stuck in "WAIT" command mode

I can't recall exactly how I produced this effect -- pretty sure it was somethign like:

- CV in fleet
- sent to zone (on other side of a gate fwiw)
..or maybe just told to hold position

In any event, I've had a couple CV get stuck in a "command: wait" state in which they refuse to follow. The 'stop what your doing' command isn't active on the CV.

Adding/removing them from fleet or any other direct commands (EG: withdraw from battle) doesn't help matters either.

I finally was able to get the CVs to respond as normal again by assigning them to another commader then back to my fleet.
