half built stations from plot.

Im not sure this has been posted though I could not find a link.
In my plot mission the npc's started to build there stations but the rats of course did there best to stop that. Those that did not make it left there half built stations floating in space and now take up room. I have shot at them many times to try and see if they have a hit box no go. I cant finish there stations with my own ships and though i can understand that it should not just go away simply there should be a way to remove them.
