Terran mission, unsolvable bug?

I am working on the terran mission.
One that you have to get a terran officer on the ship and go split spaces to put investigate. I got the officer on my TM.
Before i went to split space, i switch all my stuff and system to my new M7
And the Officer automatically ejected to the space.
I thought i just need to change the M7 to pick him up again.
But after i saved, i found out that the mission ask me to pick him up even i have picked him up many times.
Is it unsolvable bug? I cant process to next step?

Does your M7 has a Cargo Life Support system installed? It sounds to me, as if you would try to collect him, but he doesn't get on board due to the missing CLS. Or do you really have the same Terran officer stored multiple times on your ship?

Yes. I do have life support on my M7 ( i transfer all the thing to this M7 from my TM, so if my TM have no problem with officer, so do my M7)
The officer is onboard of my M7 but the mission just dont move to next step. It just keeps telling me to pick up the officer even he is onboard.
