Station expanding doesn't start because NPC ship are still in the area.

i started a radar expansion project on my spacefuel distillery. and yes , i have the license ;-|

the construction doesnt start, and after check all the red cube volume seeking for remaining ship, i realized 2 npc ships are still there ... but INSIDE the station modules. i can see them on radar !

so , my construction is pending, but i can't cancel it .

Fly to other zone and it will start.

thanks, changing sector solved this problem.

next step , is to rulz the market with reinforced metal plate manufacture ;-[
