Player Shipyard Mod

I have a CIV Ships Part Lot built with the Player Shipyard Mod. It builds the basic ships fine but I have added a Bio-Optic Factory to it which can't produce as it needs Plasma Cells.
However, the trade manager isn't offering to buy and the station trade offers don't list the item as needed.
How can I persuade the manager to buy? He has plenty of ships.

There are two or three shipyard mods so it would probably be best to ask in the thread for the mod you are using. Users of that particular mod would probably be best placed to help but I am not sure which mod you are using.

From that list, Blackrain's shipyard mod is incorporated within his World War X mod. It is also available as a stand-alone mod but unlike the WWX version, it isn't being updated AFAIK.
