Hey there! I see Egosoft is still hard at work patching the game, so I'm sharing the bugs I came across in case any haven't been reported before. I don't need specifically help getting past them since I've managed to finish the story, so I apologize if this isn't the right forum for this.
1. CHOW escort mission in Omicron Lyrae: I accidentally skipped this mission. I was receiving the briefing from the CHOW CEO about the ship escort and I was also investigating the station's information points while listening to it.
The text cut off and I started getting the Jonferco CEO instead telling me about the mission in Xenon territory, and I wasn't able to do CHOW's mission anymore.
2. Xenon station mission in Maelstrom: While hacking and docking with stations while the camouflage device was active, the Xenon would shoot my Trojan ROV as it was coming back to me.
This left me without a hacker drone and consequently unable to progress at all in the campaign, given that I couldn't go back to friendly territory to buy a new drone because of the camouflage device.
3. Some of the Plutarch patrols around the gate to Albion in DeVries that spawned after I got to DeVries were AI-less. They sat there as I destroyed them.
4. When rapidly hiring multiple crew members from the ship menu, one of their boarding pods got stuck in space. At the time, I was using the mod that enabled up to 11 members on the player's ship, so I cannot say for sure that it is the base game that caused this problem.
5. (Is this a bug?) Yisha asked me if I didn't want those upgrades as I undocked from the station in OL before meeting Jonferco's CEO, but nothing new was available, so I
found this confusing and had to do a few trips back to make sure.
Edit: 6. Once, when I was fighting several PMC fighter patrols, one of them was nearly imposible to hit with aim assist. The aim assist would work, but fire at an incorrect position (usually behind them), so they were very hard to hit compared to regular enemies.
Just finished a full story playthrough on 3.50. Here are the bugs I ran into

I was unable to ever finish the storyline, as the last mission was undoable for me. (Last tried attempt was in v 3.50)
You were supposed to blow up station modules to advance the story. And after 5 straight hours of blowing up station modules, I gave up. (Think I nearly wiped out two of the three stations entirely.)
