need plot help

not sure if this is the right place. playing cam-plain, doing great ,at the part where i meet at the unknown la in sinster poem, pmc does their stop your engines etc, but hoa does not show up. reloaded several time even a it back but still no hoa. how do I get them to show up or a tleast bpass this part?

Some mods were known to mess with the campaign, I think Improved Defense Officer and Captains use to cause this issue, not sure if you are using any, try disabling mods, and trying the mission again, you may have to delete them from the extension folder and you may have to delete with notepad ++ the list of mods used in your savegame to force load it, may cause problems.
