Certain rebound keys are not working, and have not been working since I started playing in 2.5. It is always the same key(s), and I dont remember those keys ever working in-game. I can bind a control to those keys, but in-game, they do nothing. The keys work fine outside of the game.
In 2.5, the only key I noticed that didnt work was Num0, (bound to boost). When I moved to 3.1 TO, Home (bound to roll right) stopped working.
I tried starting a new game (TO start) with mods disabled, and the issue persisted with the same keys. My main game is the campaign start.
Certain keys dont work [2.5 / 3.10 TO]

Ages ago it used to be the C and I keys, but those were fixed. It would help further investigation if you could mention which exact keys do not work in-game when rebound in a purely vanilla game. Then other players can test it and see whether it is a general vanilla problem.

When I was testing on a new game with mods disabled, I tried rebinding roll right to Home with no change. Is disabling mods sufficiently close to a vanilla game?
Edit: I just noticed that Home was also bound to "Next Surface Element," is that new in 3.0 or later? When I tried to rebind one, it would change both until I played with the secondary binding a bit and got one to go to N/A for the primary binding. Home now works, but I couldnt find a second bound control for Num0, so that is still not working
