Remove mods

I just found out that some of the 1.2 mods i installed somehow got enabled again in my new playthrough. Dont know how it happened, but its one real annoying bug anyway...

Is there a way to remove these without hurting the savegame?

Is it enough if i remove them from here:

I have not built a SY yet, and using vanilla cockpits. Though i have 2 CVs that had the capSY in their lists (but now both is building a vanilla fab).
Build shipyards thread has no remove instructions unfortunately.

Yeah should be safe enough. Delete those lines, load, resave and restart game again and most if not all the mod stuff will be removed from the save.
