Joystick Problem - Logitech Extreme 3D Pro

Hi,

I purchased the game some time ago but was having problems with the joystick control so I thought I'd wait for 3.0 and see if it was any different, unfortunately it's not!!

I use a Logitech Extreme 3D Pro and can't get it setup correctly. When controlling the ship it seems to be all or nothing, I move the joystick slightly and nothing happens then all of a sudden it will kick in and I massively overshoot what I'm trying to aim at.

I've tried playing with the dead zones and sensitivity in game and also tried using the Logitech profiler but neither helps

I've tested the joystick in XAP and also the new Elite and both work perfectly...

Any help appreciated

I think I've sorted this, had the controls mapped to digital instead of of analogue (think that's the correct way round!)

Glad you sorted it out.

I have a Logitech Extreme 3D joystick and it works good. I did have to set up the directions and inverts, I think they had it mixed up with a gamepad.

Also set the Gamepad mode to "GamePad Only", or it will mess with you.
