Since the moment i've finished the plot in Cryptic Heart, during which an Arawn and a Sucellus destroyed Xenon stations, these ships won't move out of the sector.
Both the Sucellus and the Arawn, including all their fighters, are invulnerable and won't move a single inch.
This is not only quite damaging to the mood/atmosphere (two completely invulnerable ships in the middle of an enemy sector...), the stupid Arawn destroyed my lockbox for the ancient aelics because the lockbox was located near a xenon station which the Arawn blew up, which destroyed the locks on the lockbox, making it impossible for me to open.
Now i've had enough:
Are these ships supposed to stay there, completely invulnerable, even after the plot ends?
If it's a bug, how can i get rid of them? I want them gone.
Is there any "remove ship/object"-mod?
I could edit a savegame so they'd be owned by me and i'd simply sell them to a shipyard so they'll despawn.
Would that have any negative consequences? I've finished the plot some 200 hours ago, are these two ships still relevant in any way?
Or is there any way to directly remove/delete a ship from the save game?
Again, would removing these invulnerable plot ships after the plot is done have any consequences?

There's other indestructible ships left over from the plot as well.
Seen a few Arawns dotted around, they're reconisable since they've got 160% shields that don't reduce when attacked.
There's similar ones in Devries that kill off any & all attacking enemies.
Can't see any reason why they should have to stay in the game myself,
but if the plot didn't actively remove them, no-one else is going to be able to
I did once temporarily edit one of the 'spare' HOA Arawns in Devries to be mine, just to see,
& nothing bad happened,
but could only do this two of them for some reason.

Oh, so the ships in cryptic heart are supposed to be invincible and stay there even after the plot ends? Ok, thanks. Finally an answer.exogenesis wrote:There's other indestructible ships left over from the plot as well.

That's why i asked if changing them to player faction and selling them would be ok, in that case they should simply despawn after selling them to a shipyard. Can't see any reason why they should have to stay in the game myself,

I think, if i remember correctly, you have to make sure all "owner" attributes of a ship (including the crew) gets changed to the player faction. Once i changed the indestructible argon ships in cryptic heart to my faction, just to see if that'd be an option to get rid of them.I did once temporarily edit one of the 'spare' HOA Arawns in Devries to be mine, just to see,
