[REQUEST] Windows in Stations - HOW HARD CAN IT BE?

Hello folks

X Rebirth has come a long long way since 1.0 and with mods its even better (especially with litauens Bridge Mod).
BUT, there is one thing which is really bothering me - the Space Stations interior... Besides that a massive space stations is only so little in the interior (just look at the 10m² Bars....), the fact, that there are no windows to look through and to see the amazing skybox and the space travel fly from one side to the other is just ridiculous. I mean, you can see thousands of lights at the station outside.....

(Also, there should be bigger interior for big and wealthy stations and more different stuff for special stations (like med stuff at med stations and so on, but thats another story :b))


My Question:
Has anybody seen such an interior mod or plans it? Or is it possible at all?
Litauen managed to include his own stuff (holo monitors) in his mod, so how hard can it be?

Problem with shaders, they don't work too well with windows in interiors at the moment.
You can see it at Lita's bridge mod, when you turn shadows on max graphics, it's wierd and flickering.

aside from that there are also other problems you have to deal with: you have to make sure that no other Interior Part is visible through windows since you can not hide them in the Station Geometry (Outside World is treated as Skybox, therfore always in background) which requires a major redesign of the Staion Interiors - basically you have to re-do them from scratch for very little effect. => possible, yes, but in my opinion not really worth the required effort.
