deactivating guideance turns off auto pilot

ok this is repeatable, since patch 2.51 targeting seems to loose lock every 15 sec and when you disable mission guidance autopilot seems to stop working.

Not sure about the loss of lock issue, but the Autopilot requires the Guidance to tell it where to go. Where are you asking the ship to fly to If you haven't got a course to a zone or mission plotted into Guidance?
