[MOD/GAME START REQ] Fleet commander - no stations, but lots of toys

Ive noticed ive started over about 2-3 times EACH big patch + lots of combat testing starts.

It would help a lot and save some time to have a start where you have a large'ish fleet to start with and plenty of money to try things out. Cheaty? yes, those feeling quilty need not to use it.

In short:
3-4 Fulmecrons, an Arawn, couple of Taranises to keep company, a Sucellus for good measure and a frigate pack.
600mil in the bank for testing stuff and to buy fighters in bulk if need be.
