ERROR: Error in MD cue md.NPC_Engineer.NPC_Destroyed

Getting the debug log flooded with this error messages:

Trying to figure out if it's mod related or an error with 2.51 RC2.
Anyone experiencing the same errors? Any mod author identifying his/her mod as potential root cause?

It's a vanilla game error. I can't say if any mods make it happen more often but they won't be the cause.

If it's vanilla, I'm seeing this since 2.50 RC1 I think..
