[2.50] Owned Fighter shields and hull not regenerating

Not sure yet how widespread the problem is (All fighters, just this type of fighter, one off glitch in the game), as I've only recently started getting fighters.

At the moment, though, I have one fighter who's shields are stuck at 0%, and hull at 73%. It's an Eterscel Sentinel.

First thing to try is leaving zone.

I came back to the game today and the shields are regenerating now, a most strange bug.

I was just confused as to whether it indeed was a bug or for some reason intended.

Bug.
Shields should always regen.
