[MOD] Assassin Overhaul v0.3b

So, to give some background on this Mod, I didn't like the Assassin ROV at all.
It was basically a drone that you can drive, yes, but it was made of paper, handled like a beached whale, and its weapons were so ineffective I could've done more damage by throwing a rock at the enemy ship instead.

So, I decided to do something about it. That's where this mod came from.

Compatibility

• Should be compatible with any mod as long as they don't change unit_player_interceptor_drone_macro and engine_player_drone_03_macro.

Installation

• Just extract the AssassinOverhaul folder into your XRebirth extensions folder.

Note: Sell any Assassin ROV's that you already have because the mod only works on fresh, new drones bought from a Drone Dealer.

What it does

• Strengthens the Hull of the Drone (increased Hull from 1000 to 20000)
• Makes the drone more agile and faster
• Changes the Weapons from Pulsed Maser Mk1's to Plasma Repeater Mk2's.

This sounds good to me. Something fun for anyone wanting to fly Fighters


It begs the question, could a URV be copied and beefed up, with a small shield too, and become a "Fighter" for carrier-class ships?

Damn, was about to release my own version of it today, seems I'm too slow Looks great

URVs can shurely be copied. Don't know about the shield yet, but "passive" drones (those you can't fly yourself) could possibly be added to carriers as well
