[2.20] minor bug: metalworks secondary resources

My managers on the metalworks only buy around 200 narcotics and space fuel each, demand is much higher so steady supply is not possible. Can anyone confirm on this ?
Possible bug in manager script or allocation of cargo space for these ressources ?

Checked the exact numbers:
medical supplies 501, buy order 84 set by manager
space fuel 625, buy order 545 set by manager
narcotics are well supplied > 3000
Metalworks is fully equipped, all cargo expansions installed.
