Bug Description

The Ledda Industrial Ship Tech Factory in Buried Treasure

(Save will take you there) isn't producing anything.
It's got all the resources it needs but it wont produce any

wares.
It's completly bare of Fusion Reactors, Podkelov Generators

and Plasma Regulators.

This might explain why the Shipyards in Albion have a mass

shortage of Podkelov Generators, I cleaned them out.

Looks like all production in Ship Tech stations have ceased and wont continue, it's completely bare of wares to sell, but it's resources are stocked up.

Both HoA Shipyard and PMC Shipyard have run out of Pod Generators and Fusion Reactors will follow eventually as the factories aren't producing them.

Can I have some feedback from Ego here as I've loaded the game up and these factories are still not producing Fusion Reactors, Pod Generators or Plasma Flow Regulators.

They're all stocked to the brim and have enough resources for about 14 hours but they're not manufacturing as the timer is 0.00.

Also noticed the URV Factories in Albion are stuck on Miner collector drones MK II, they're fully stocked yet wont move to the next URV make to manufacture.
Massive breakdown here which in turn has killed shipyard production.

Not that there was really any doubt, but I loaded your save and can confirm that I get the same issue with it. If the issue doesn't resolve with time, this looks like a game-breaking economic bug, and I urge Egosoft to look into it as soon as possible.

UPDATE: I've left the Albion Sector to see if the Ship Tech Factories start producing wares again, they don't.

All the AI's Ship Tech's in Albion are dead in the water.

As you are running mods, It's highly unlikely EGOSOFT will care, as the Mods aren't their responsibility.

I have had shipyards become stuck on manufacturing jobs in my "vanilla" install, however as soon as I supplied the resources myself, they went back to work.
It's likely the merchant mod has broken you'r game. Try playing without it, and see if you get the same results.

ALSO (as Santi has just pointed out to me) you mightn't be using any mods at all. I'd suggest editing your header as he has suggested in you'r other post;http://forum.egosoft.com/viewtopic.php?t=370337 (Thanks Santi, I wonder if this has also confused tech support, and they have just glossed over the issue?)

No Mods, yeah I got Santi's message.
I'll alter this one too.

I've altered my bug report template too to avoid this problem in future.
