Uploaded stats being deleted?

The stats I've uploaded via the uplink feature on the website have been deleted twice in as many days.

Is the database a yoyo or have I angered an elder god?

edit: medals not showing up too?

I can see your stats and medals for X3AP in your user profile just fine. You will also be shown in the player rankings for X3AP.

If you mean there is nothing shown under your username on your forum posts, that is because it only displays them there for vanilla X3TC, X3R or X2 and not for X3AP. You have not uploaded stats for those posting-displayable games according to your profile.

Thank you kindly for that information, regarding medals displayed alongside forum posts.

The pre edit comment though, was in reference to the stats completely disappearing, twice.

I feel I should explicitly mention that this is distinct from the previous two days experience, although I have no way of knowing if they are related.

All I do know is when I looked after databases and web apps, this was the sort of thing that I wanted to know about.

What you can see in that second screenshot is the aftermath of someone somewhere recently uploading their stats and that affecting the player rankings somewhere.

As you can imagine the database has many categories for stats and thousands of usernames. If after any upload the ranking tables have to be re-organised to reflect changed or new user positions, that can take a while. Any stat categories affected are dropped from the listing while being reordered otherwise the displayed results could be incorrect or even look silly. Just wait a while and it should sort itself out, but the resorting will not be a high processing priority for the server(s) if the forums are busy at the time. Remember this forum bbs and server system is pretty archaic and is creaking at the seams even when not under undue pressure from say comments on Rebirth releases.
