[2.20] target cancels

Hi, while doing a mission with enemy targets, the game likes to 're highlight' the targeted enemies, this causes my locked target to be canceled.. this is not helpful >_<

Looooong standing bug. As far as I know no comment on it from Es. And I agree it makes combat missions painful to the point of unplayable in some cases.
