Construction ships won't finish!

Has anyone had this problem? I've successfully built three stations to the max available, but the construction ships won't disconnect, leave, dissolve, or whatever they're supposed to do! I've checked the Resource manager, as well as the construction manager. There's nothing left to build or modify! If the Construction ship stays, I can't assign ships to the manager, I can't transfer money to the managers, and what's worse, my newest construction ship won't build at all! It won't cancel, it won't do supply missions, it just sits there! Won't build, won't do anything! Anyone have any suggestions? I want to hang in with the game, but right now, I'm at a stalemate! Very frustrating!

I have no problem assigning ships and money to a manager.

Did you drop the manager at the station or on the construction vessel? Managers should be set to work on the station. From station details -> manager details you can give him money.

And yes, the CV should be able to disconnect, but that issue was reported earlier.

had the same problem with the construction ship just sitting there
u can cancel the build order by clicking twise at the construction site and cancel build order

as ive noticed it just sitting there cuz someone or something on the way of the build site (on first versions of the game it stated waiting for site to be clear - not appearing now)

go to comms with the ship u want to assign and choose assignt to (i use list)
ull see the manager/defence officer (and specialist if u got one)

manager trades for production defence officer to protect and never used the specialist

I placed the managers on the stations, along with the specialists. Contruction is complete on two of my three stations, but they will not disconnect! I've visited the CVs, but there's no option to recall the crew, or reassign them. I don't know the solution! I like building, but can't finish. My frozen CV is now unstuck and building.

Sadly you can not disconnect the CV at the moment from the buildside. It is used for repairing the station.
