[2.20] French keyboard bugs

The "Enter" menu in French shows the actual characters of the keyboard, where 1=&, 2=é, 3=", etc.
This is confusing as the tutorial asks to press numbers (1st image).
However some menus show number and not symbols (2nd image).
You can also see that the texts are bigger than the boxes, and that the font are too small to be easily read.
