Somthing is wrong with shipyards

I own 2 ships and both of them got problem with shipyard, but from diffrent point of view. First one Taranis destroys is just stuck on shipyard, send him to upgrade and stuck. Ive checked if there is something missing at the ship dealer, its clean so its just standing in a dock doing nothing. Next is Rhanas, I flew to another ship dealer to order some haul fixing, placed order and gave some other orders to sell stull, but ship did not docked nor it wants to dock, and another ship merchant block. Anyone heard of that stuff goin on ingame? and how do you send orders to ships anyway like go there and stay or smth like that? Got new 2.1 version.
