Bug: Deliver of URV's taking 2 hr 40 min

First off this isn't a one time bug. Happens every time.

So I set up a market sequence for freighter of buy X URV and sale X URV.

Buy order is from one of the URV manufacturing stations.
Sell order is always to JSS Large BTO Shipyard in Eternal Dawn.

It always took forever.
Moving from Eternal dawn to buy station. Normal speed.
Buying of URV, normal speed.
Moving back to Eternal dawn. normal speed

This last time, I set a stop watch upon docking at JSS Large BTO Shipyard in Eternal Dawn. From the time my ship stopped moving relative to station, to the time it start moving away from station. Was 2 hrs and 40 min or so. Plus or minus a few minutes.
