Mods Disabled?

Hi, after the game closed this afternoon (about 3,2gb ram use) i started it 1 hour ago, getting this:

but this was fixed with a patch load (about 5mb) by steam...

now the feeling something chanced grows (since patch 2.1)

and now:

Masstraffic reduce didnt work (feels like didnt work since 2.1, because i saw it before the crash, and wondered why there are so many ships in lanes)
ButterReward/Mission/range didnt work (since patch 1 hour ago, because it worked before the crash this afternoon)
show_skills didnt work
radiosilence/shutupren didnt work

so, is it just me? (if it's true, how could i fix it?)

I could start a new game...mods arnt working

I'm only using three of those mods but they're fine for me (shut up ren, radio silence, showskills). Something might've corrupted on the patch? I'm using 2.10 64bit rc4 with no problems.

Ive deleted the show skill mod which i installed with steam...and used the nexus mod version ... it works ... now i just have to try if its enough to uninstall and install with steam or if the steam install is corrupted

Ok, looks like my beloved steam was the problem

reinstall worked with steam...but i deleted all workshop elements and now use the mods i could get from nexus or forum...dont trust steam and the workshop

i dont know why steam showed them as enabled ingame...but they didnt work
