Weird flashing/flickering texture on station

Just got the game recently and havent played that long so im not sure if this is game design or not. Hoping someone could give me an explanation.

Im playing free mode atm and arrived at Forlorn Armoury earlier. The station in this zone seems to be "damaged" where tubes connecting parts of the stations appeared destroyed. They have this weird burning red textures and they flicker in front of my cockpit whenever i move the ship. These textures dont flicker when my ship stay still though.

Anyone knows how to fix this issue?

My game crashed shortly after something like that happens. It crashed after a few seconds of my construction vessel flickering texture. I was watching it fly to the designated spot and about to transform but it just sat there flickering then my game crashed.
