Unexpected glitch/teleport sometimes while navigating around stations

While playing recently I've noticed that sometimes I "glitch" around stations. I can't really describe it except the world kind of disappears briefly and things seem to teleport around and sometimes change orientation.

The computer then plays the "Entering sector" audio, and Yisha mentions telling following ships our new place though we never really "left" the sector.

It mostly occurs when using the afterburner boost. And both times for me this has happened has been near Free Trading port (the big CR port )on a station.

I unfortunately have not been able to reliably reproduce the issue as of yet, but I did manage to capture the elusive behavior on video:

I was finally able to make a save file that reproduces this glitch every time for me.

Load the save, and simply strafe UP (by default the W key).

You will suddenly be teleported next to an enemy which open fires on you.

It seems to be time dependent, so do it asap, if you wait too long it doesn't seem to work.

Edit: This also occurs in the 2.10 Beta (32 and 64bit)

Once I managed to Cap a Tutral and I docked on it to pick up my Marine.
Found myself docked on the Solar Energetics Station in Fervid Corona.

I captured the ship in Unmet Promise.
