[2.0] Ships still taking money for order TWICE when given two orders

Hi,

An old one, but still here and still a pain.

Scenario:

I ordered one of my Rahanas (Container) ships to Buy ~750 Fusion Reactors for a total of a little over 22 million cr. Money was taken from my account. In the same transaction, I ask it to then buy some jump fuel from DeVries. It takes the 22 million cr AGAIN, plus the small amount for the Fuel.

Usually this corrects its self and the extra funds are returned once ALL trades are complete. However, after issuing the orders I removed the ship from my Squad, essential so it doesn't start following me after buying fuel. In this scenario the funds do NOT get returned, so I'm over 22 million cr down.

Ok, so I can fix this by editing my save - I hate doing that, but I cannot lose 22 Million cr on top of all the Refined Metal I've lost due to another bug.

ES: This is easy to re-create, just issue TWO buy orders for a trade ship and see the funds for the first transaction taken TWICE - assuming there's enough money in the player account, if not, player account will be reduced to ZERO. Next remove ship from players squad after issuing the orders and wait. You'll see money for first transaction taken TWICE and not returned.

I waitied quite some time, my ship gave the "all trade complete" message (or words to that effect) and still no refund.

To confirm, I tested this again, but this time keeping the ship in my Squad the entire time.

This time I asked my ship to first buy Jump Fuel, then buy a load of Bio-Optic Wiring for about 8 million cr, then to jump back "home" and buy more Fuel.

As before it took 2x the 8 million cr for the trade but, after it'd bought the Bio-Optic, it refunded 8 million cr just fine.

This is definately correct, & the reason I've lost many millions
- until I figured out what was happening.

Sort of strange that such a key thing is unfixed, after many reports,
but then ther's so much to fix/improve.
