[1.31 RC1] Defence Officer commands don't save

Hello,

Version: 1.31RC1

Problem: I have a Rahannas with a Captain and a Defence Officer as a crew. When I talk to the Captain -> "Show ship details" -> "Management" tab -> Defence Officer -> Details -> "Commands" tab -> "Re-stock defence drones automatically" or "Re-stock ammunition automatically" and change them to "Yes", I am unable to change it back to "No", the change doesn't save. It keeps the same even if I get the Defence Officer back on board the Skunk and reaffect it to the Rahannas and try to change the settings again.

Yep, this one's been around since day one. The slightly annoying thing is that ES did look at this. Originally the Defend / Attack options had the same problem, i.e. once you set a DO to "Attack" you could never switch back to "Defend". ES fixed this, but didn't address the drone and ammo bugs at the same time.

Possibly I'm way off, but I'd expect this fix to be a fairly quick win for the team to address. If I were PM'ing this I'd likely allocate a resource specifically for such quick wins, while the rest of the team focused on larger issues and features. Just my personal take, I think addressing lots of the little niggles would please a lot of people.

I just re-tested this and the setting was saved correctly and persisted even through save/load cycles. So if it's still not working for you I'm not sure what's wrong.

Regardless, I'm afraid just fixing the setting (if it really still is broken) won't solve the bigger problem and that is that the functionality as a whole has some kinks to be worked out (mainly a nasty budget overlap with the manager)
It's on the list of things to work on though.
