[1.31] HOA Staples Farmery (Vapour Stream)

Hi Tech Support,

I'm assuming this occurs for everyone, an HOA Staples Farmery is being built in Vapour Steam.

However in my game at least, there is an HOA SCODA and an RoC SCODA both located at the site (transposed upon each other according to map)

I have been supplying the HOA SCODA with goods so aid building (and make some profit) but only the HOA SCODA gives me trade offers.

When drilling down, the RoC SCODA Architect current job is 'building unknown station'.

Is this intended or has an issue occurred here?
