incorrect station alignment?

I have built a metal works station freeplay in the shady vault system. I noticed that on the last upgrade my tube stacks were clocked wrong. Not aligning in the correct path and unjoined. there was only one wing but after several saves and another 20 hours theres another wing with the stacks clocked wrong. any suggestions , something i can look for in save files to correct this ?

This bugs been in a while. pop up a save for the devs with it misaligned as it seems to be a random error rather than 100% to see every build of certain modules.
