[1.30] Dock info service

Used the dock info service to look for a local arms dealer, found one at a nearby station, plotted a course and set off. I reached the station, docked and made my way to the bar, the Teladi in question was acting as bartender, I opened the dialogue and was greeted with the Coms. ' where to' options, I exited and then re-entered the dialogue, this time I was offered the correct arms dealer options.

Unfortunately the repeatability of this occurrence is not guaranteed.
