UpKeep Mission Glitch [1.30]

I captured an arawn and got the mission for assigning and engineer and defense officer for it. I chose to sell the ship to fund a station I was planning and the missions persist to be there and now it is guiding me to land on the sold ship (Now flown by Jonferco) to assign an engineer. It may be reproducible but I don't know.

Now it occurs to all sold capital ships. If you leave zone mission will disappear, as well as the ship.

Seems factions not know what to do with the new ships without a full crew
