Error in the game whit the Ship Dealer in the Darned Hot Air

I can not bild or buy ships whit the Ships Dealers. The docks is doing nothing. The error appears after i give the order to bild some Cargolifer URV for a Rahanas and Titurel. But my ships dont go to the docks. I destroyed the ships, i fire, i change the crew but it is the same.
Can anyone tell me what to do next?
