[SOLVED] after loading save game player stuck moving

Ok I think I found a possible bug and I have been searching for a remedy for this issue, I have so far attempted a reinstall of the game, unplug and replug of my Xbox controler and keyboard thinking one of the buttons was stuck, no dice.

when I reload the game the player character literally will spawn out side of the map (attempted to take screen shot but was unable to get it to post so I could submit one) then at times it will go onto the map then while walking straifing to the left (on its own) will glitch out of the map and just fall.

edit:

not sure if this will matter or help, but I also have unplugged the controller and the behavior still persists, and I have tried restarting a new game but that also has no effect on this behavior.

if it helps any I have the steam version not the boxed edition (will be getting that soon though!!
