I haven't been keeping up with the mods and there now there seems to be a good amount for this question.

What is the top recommended mods?

As a bonus question:

Which mods conflicted with each other?

I recommend the IgnoreFuel or something like that. It makes the game very comfortable.
Also mod which removes stardust is something which I really REALLY recommend.
Same goes for fake traffic remover. Saves A LOT of performance.

the game is way too easy at the start and free money just ruins it even more for me
