[1.25 HF1]Chow escort mission ship doesn't spawn.

Guidance sends me to the scanner for module of the station but no ship spawns. there is a line of Chow food traders parked near by but none of them are the escort ship.

Have you checked at the doorway it's supposed to exit out of? Might be stuck inside.

The Pathfinding is still a mess for these things.

Yes and I looked all over the place to see if the ship was stuck in the station anywhere and didn't find it.

Also guidance occasionally says to dock at the station but if you dock it just says to go back to your ship.

I also loaded an earlier save game and played back through to this mission and got the same error.

As a workaround, try and leave the Sector entirely through a super highway and then return back, see if that works?
I've done the campaign and the Escort Ship never gets attacked, it's just mind numbingly slow.

Tried that, mission seems well and truly broken for me. Only thing I can think of is to start over again :( this save was started back on version 1.22 I think so could be part of the problem.

Also shooting the stuck transports makes them move but they all stack on top of each other at the mission marker and do nothing. And by stack I mean literally all the models occupy the same space.
