None of my ships are moving anymore

They al say there's no fuel. And stay at their positions.
No trading and no following.
I'm stuck. What to do?

Open communications with the Captain/Pilot and order them to refuel. They can jump with no fuel but it takes around 10 minutes for the drives to charge, if you are moving around they may be recalculation your position and initiation the 10 minute recharge again.

I think if you leave sector and they tell you again that they have no fuel; if you ignore them they will jump to previous position, if you say "don't use jump fuel" it does the reset to your current position.

I moved to another system and after a long time the ships started to follow.
It took 75 minutes to sell some stuff...
Now the ships follow orders but only 1 at a time.
Sometimes I need to remove and add to squad to make them move again.
I like the game and I hope this slow pace will be fixed soon.
