URV Forge radar restarts build after finishing

Hi,

Campaign, unmodded game, v1.25, english, untouched savegame.

After finishing the radar build on the URV Forge the architect says it's finished and asks for a new task.

But then the buy icons for radar materials pop up around the construction ship. The architect wants all the materials again.

When I monitor the buildige proces it goes from 99% to 0% and stays that way.

Is this a bug or do I realy need to build another radar?

Try going out of zone for a while, there is some issues when player is present when building stations.
