A Continuation of this previous problem I'm suspecting..

After the problem of above the CV parked and I supplied it with resources, it eventually built Plate Metal facility with no problems.

Now ,I ordered the Architect to build me a Level 1 Steel Refinery to go with it.
Only it displays 2 resources it needs, Forcefield Projector and the Plasma/Ma Turrets.. Everything else isn't displaying, can't even access them in the trade panel.
But asking the Architect what resources it needs, shows you that it still needs Bio-Optic Wiring, Fusion Reactors, Plate Metal, Hit Turrets and Energy Cells.

Something odd happened to mine, the Architect had enough to buy all the resources, I left the Sector, I managed to repair my rep with the PMC in the mean time.

I returned to Far Out and back to my Construction Ship and low and behold, it had all the resources it needed to build the Steel Refinery.
It's built now.

But the same problem is happening now upgrading the Plate Metal Forge into a Level 2.

I'll see if leaving the Sector causes this to happen again.
