[1.25 HF1] - module was built, arch wants all resources again

Hi,

i just finish building second URV Wharf module in the plot station. it finished building but looked incomplete to me.
it appears ok in the station module list, it is even producing,
but the arch is stating that it is at 0% building and requests all the wares again.

Try going out to another sector for a bit and then come back, there is issues regarding stations when your are in sector.
