1.25 many small traders idle around - block building site

Fresh game..tried to build some stations..

30 small traders plus a couple of Rahanas idled around the stations blocking the expansions.
Station had valid trade offers, the idle traders where holding the required good but not trading happened.
Station was unable to trade at all because trade queue didn't progress.

In addition.. pathfinding of small traders is terrible. Traders get stuck in station, run into an endless station hit-go back-hit loop or just end up idling inside and around stations.
