[1.24 HF1] cannot give miners gather resources command when on board other ship

no mods. 1.24 HF1 release.

if you are on board a capital ship and you have mine ship in your squad, you cannot give them the order to gather resources. the command is just not there. (you have only take me to and refuel).

if you undock, you can give the command as usual.
