[v1.24 Hotfix 1] Anti-Smuggling mission at Badlands mining colony is broken

You click on the mission at the Badlands Mining Colony, when you accept the mission, the mission wont activate.
Don't think there is any traffic to scan there anyway so the mission may not belong there, why you can't activate it on accepting?
