[Bug - 1.24] Wrecksville "Freighter Pile-Up" (again)

So, I posted a few weeks back about this troublesome bug that happened in my game. Basically, hundreds of stuck freighters congregated in the sector Wrecksville - stacked on top of one another - causing massive lag in the area and probably ruining the economy.

Now, I read someone saying that the trading issue caused by cargo drones was fixed in 1.24, which I assumed was causing this issue I saw... so I decided to come back and play. Well, the update did not resolve the issue - the freighters remain stuck.

Alright, so I figured may be starting a new game will fix this. So I did (I already finished the campaign in my previous save). I carefully monitored the traffic in Wrecksville as I progressed through the campaign. Everything seemed fine up until the point Plutarc turned hostile. After progressing a tour of DeVrie, I came back to Wrecksville and saw a small freighter ball in the process of forming (3 freighters stacked on top of one another).

My first suspicion was that the faction relation change when PMC turned hostile was the cause for the issue - i.e. freighters jumping into the sector to trade but find themselves unable to dock at the destination station because it had turned hostile - but then I investigated a save file from before PMC turned hostile, and it seems like they were always at odds with several other factions since the beginning (Ledda Industrial, Heart of Albion, etc.). Which means the faction relation change should have only affected the player, and shouldn't have caused any issues for the freighters.

My theory regarding faction relation also doesn't explain why this bug ONLY occurs in Wrecksville - no other sector in the game is affected (I know because I went around the entire universe to chart everything after I finished the campaign). And it was not a one-time occurrence - like I said, it's already started to affect my new game.

If anyone has a campaign save and can check if this is also occurring in your game, please let me know. Thank you.
