[1.24] Traders getting stuck when in Zone

Basically all trading (player and npc) stops when in Zone.

Open save. You're in Furnace Chamber. One Rahanas is trading with ROC Habilitation (Trade should already be done) . Just wait 10, 20, 30, 60min and nothing happens with the Rahanas.

PS: i went afk in Fervid Corona while i was waiting for Rahanas fly from Albion to Gushing Spring to trade with my CV. The ship stopped moving in Fervid Corona and just sit there until i left the zone.

not only freighters, miners also.
i.e. all drone requirement actions.
but player's traders sometimes works, but not always.

miners stops even if it is player squad miner, which is player ordered to gather ...
