A few problems again in 1.24 patch.

I started a new plot game with 1.24 beta, not it is 1.24 release version. (no mods or edits).
I have had horrible FPS with stuttering slide show effect in combat during the plot.
I am now in OL and just before entering maelstrom gate. I have had the same bad fps again, and also the old bug of empty chairs and invisible npc with icons on the floor. Also crashes as well.
